When I was growing up, we always had lemons in the fridge. In fact, we had a lemon tree in our front yard that produced lemons virtually all year round. Lemon juice was a seasoning, like salt or pepper, that we used liberally and everything seemed to be better with a squeeze of lemon.

This blog is where I will share the food-related things that make my life better: recipes, ingredients, restaurants, cooking equipment, or anything else that I discover, try out, and think that it’s amazing enough to share.
